Could a classic golf course of the kind found in Scotland be created in America?

Reached the retail market this morning. Subtitled Links Golf at Bandon Dunes and Far Beyond. Mike Keiser with Stephen Goodwin. Very easy to read (so far I've just cherrypicked sections) and well worth the purchase. Up to date with chapters on the Sheep Ranch and St. Lucia and a mention of Revelstoke.

The epilogue is really worth more than the paper upon which it is written.

What does that mean?

Usually the epilogue is a wind down. This one is pithy, reminded me a little of Harvey Penick's Little Red Book. Also an allusion to recycled paper.

Didn't see this was available until today. I'll have a copy in a few days.
