The 11th green at rustic has a spine which has often been discussed on this site.  A few pics.

While the Ocean Course at the Olympic Club does not have an "abundance" of spines, the green on the par-5, uphill, 11th hole does have a spine which runs front-to-back thru the center of the green.  The spine basically divides the green into halves, making putting from one half to the other a real challenge, especially as the green is sloped sharply from back-to-front.
