UK GCA Singles Matchplay Comp 2022

Could anyone interested in entering a UK singles matchplay comp as in previous years, please make themselves known. As previously I imagine the initial draw might be in two halves, one for the north and one for the south, so it would be handy if you could indicate a preference.

Niall - I'd like to participate as I'm going be in country late May until late Sept. If those dates work for me to be a participant, then please include me. If it would be cutting things too fine, then leave me out. No worries.


I will be based in North Berwick again this year, so I would be in the "Northern" bracket.

Good man Richard. I'll organise the draw with the help of a couple of able bodied Committee men (Whitty/Mark - expect an email).


I should say that the idea behind this is obviously to give GCA'ers the excuse to meet up for a game but also to try and take the road less travelled by going to courses neither have played before and then reporting back on them. If you can drag along a couple of other GCA'ers to make up the fourball then all the better.
