The sons, Michael and Chris Keiser (Sand Valley) have been looking at this property for years.


Its an hour east of the Denver airport.


I'm told the sand dunes are quite impressive.

It worked yesterday. Must be a premature rumor not fit for publication.  ;D 


Didn’t say much. Just a general location, 36 holes. Likely C&C for first 18. Second 18 up in the air.
