I interpret the question to address parallel holes running in the same direction as opposed consecutive up and back holes. If so I offer the 6th and 11th at Glens Falls.Mike

Parallel holes sharing a fairway bunker and with the fairways joined between the bunker and the green. I'm assuming it's the only place in the world where one bunker is in play on two courses. (1East is #3 on the original composite course and 8 is not a part of the CC)
