I played nine holes at Hooper GC in Walpole, NH yesterday. It would have been 18 if not for Hurricane Henri. Afterwards, I chatted briefly with one of the 25 investors who purchased the course from the town a few years ago. They've invested considerable sweat equity to renovate/rebuild the two buildings that house the pro shop and maintenance facilities. Another investor is about to open the old tavern as an inn and restaurant in the next week or two.

However you're playing from tee to green, you're just about guaranteed to enjoy the challenge they present.So, has anyone seen both the before and after? The after I experienced is pretty darned impressive.
