The Sandbox has 17 golf holes. Without actual measurements, I would guess that it fits into the same scale of property as Bandon Preserve. How did it get to 4 more golf holes? Most of them are fairly short. The neat thing about TS is, each hole has a swing tee and a putt tee. If the course isn't crowded, you get to play 34 holes. Nothing like banging putter from 25 yards and watching it swaddle along the topsy-turvy turf, on its way toward the flagstick. TS is absolutely fun golf. No egos on the line here, just cheering for each other. Make an ace and you take home a small shovel as your prize. For folks who haven't played earth golf (as opposed to sky golf) a tour of TS is a good way to get used to what is to come on the bigger courses at Sand Valley.
