Guessing your friend is a pretty good gambler to only lose $25,000 and get comped every time he goes.
In all seriousness, I know it's based on tier levels - I know Noir gets pretty easy access - to get Noir, it's based on theoretical losses or revenue for the casino -- my friends that are Noir lose way more than $25,000 a year. In fact, some lose that in an hour. Again, maybe your friend is a much smarter gambler.
What I am curious about is how many rounds are played where the person actually pays the greens fee. If almost all rounds are to clients that are comped any way, they could theoretically charge $10,000 a round or something like that and it would all be meaningless anyway -- but it would make the comp more "valuable" to the "whale".

I'd like to know how many "whales" are comped when they play any casino related course.
I have a friend who plays there several times a year and is always comped. Not sure what defines a whale but he loses about $25,000 year
