I have been offsite for a while and just wondered is it the same process as before to submit ohotos?

Yes.  Twitter-like recap:  you need a site to host your photos, then use img tags to make them appear in a post.

You DO NOT need IMG tags, unless you wish to adjust the size of the stored photo.


Hover over the first tool in the second row of the tool bar, beneath the "B" and you will see "Insert Image." Drop in the URL of the image (not the site, nor the page) and you will have your image.

Well,

You still need them technically, using the Insert Image button just puts the tags on for you.  The html tags are still needed to process the page and show it correctly on the website.
