I was told about this originally from a friend of mine who lives near there. Fairly remote, but it is in close geographical proximity to both The Greenbriar and The Homestead.
From what I can tell, it existed from 1900 to 1950, and was in decline as a resort by then.

It is interesting to think of who might have been involved in its design given the location and the timeframe.
