Sounds like my kind of place.  I'm glad I read the article though as I'm not sure my old bones would get around the course in wellies.

I'm not really registered, but I couldn't find a symbol for certifiable.

Direct flights from Edinburgh look very reasonable, could be one for June...if allowed.

Flights from Edinburgh. That’s good to know. Interest now even more piqued.
Logistics permitting it would make a great leg of a somewhat unorthodox almost mystical golf trip ...... Faroes, Iceland and Nuuk in Greenland ... maybe with an add-on of Lofoten Links! Maybe a bit fanciful to imagine that there’s golf on Svalbard or even Jan Mayen or Bear Island but I guess you never know!


I reckon there’s another volume to the Confidential Guide that needs researching .... Remote Islands with courses. :):):):)
