I haven't seen the numbers and how much they need to rebuild 3 golf courses but assuming its at least $15 million. They must have a plan for the bulk of the funding???

Lol there is 15 million+ in deferred maintenance alone.  This project could be north of 50 million to restore all 3 courses.  If someone say 60-70 I won’t be surprised.  I believe that they will need to raise the entire piece of land that EPP sits on to account for flooding and sea level rise in the future.  I’m not sure, but this may be the biggest financial undertaking in golf history.  Someone correct me if I am wrong.
