Par-3’s that are both tiny and potentially evil - https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9SgVAgsyVtg - the 4th at Ilfracombe in North Devon.

They played the 15th at Memorial Park from the white tee (different angle) the first two days of the Houston Open.  Thursday it was 103 yards to a front pin, and there were 35 birdies, 16 bogeys, and 15 "others" including a couple of 8's.

They played one of the par-3's at Los Angeles CC in the 2017 Walker Cup at around 100 yards.

The 7th at Bear Creek in Denver (Palmer) is fun.  Tee boxes from 72-112 yards but plays even shorter due to elevation and elevated tees.

The 8th hole at Orinda Country Club plays well down hill from 96 to 118 yards.

Number 11 at St. George's Hill clocks in just a tad over 100 yards. It should seem to be a respite after Number 10, but it is not.

Pocono Manor East Course 7th 77 yards
Course designed by Flynn and Ross

Someone told me that hole is NLE but I have not been back to confirm.  It was severely downhill and bery hard to not go over it unless you topped the shot.

The shortest I have ever seen on a regulation course was a place in Cordoba, Argentina that was 66 yards to a narrow green with bunkers on both sides.  Tough little hole.

When I think of a drop shot par three that hole comes to mind.

A couple of things on Pocono Manor's 7th hole, all of 77 yards.

It still exists...the lodge/hotel burned to the ground last year but the golf course, at least for now, is still operational.

Second, if Donald Ross was ever there, they have absolutely no evidence of that, nor do any contemporaneous newspaper accounts suggest that.   The original nine holes was designed by Herbert Barker and opened in 1911 and the additional nine was designed by William Flynn about a decade later.   The 7th was one of his holes, but on the hole drawing it is listed as 115 yards, likely from a tee that was never built along the cliff's edge.

One of my favorite shorties is the 12th at Dormie Club which plays from 84 to 113 yards. I built one in Kentucky this summer that I think is going to be pretty awesome. It will play from 90 to 115 yards and has a 9,500 SF green with a bunch of devious pin locations.
Time is but the stream I go a-fishing in.

#6 at Merion Golf Club (West) - touch over 100 yards. Downhill shot that can produce less than stellar results with a miss-hit - especially when the pin is back right.

7th at Boomerang GC, Australia = 91m

Plays across a small dam - probably the best hole on the course

The 16th at Shaker Heights CC (Ross) in Ohio is a tricky, uphill par 3 of just over 100 yards, often playing under that, when the flag is placed in the front portion of the tiny green.
New for '24: Monifieth x2, Montrose x2, Panmure, Carnoustie x3, Scotscraig, Kingsbarns, Elie, Dumbarnie, Lundin, Belvedere, The Loop x2, Forest Dunes, Arcadia Bluffs x2, Kapalua Plantation, Windsong Farm, Minikahda...

"Short 15" at Lakeside in Burbank. 70 to 85 yards. One of my favorite holes in all of golf -- especially when the greens are 12+ for the Kelly Cup -- as that adds an extra element and need to control your spin.

Everyone is packed around the snackshack, liquored up, and people are betting on who will and will not hit the green as the afternoon groups come through. Every shot makes half the group happy and the other half ... are handing over cash.
