Adam,

Your getting no love ( No Pun Intended )  on your Breaking News story.

I hope that Gil and Jim are successful and that I get a chance to see what they have done.  I have seen the other two golf courses, this will be a nice addition to those existing layouts. Love the Rim Canyon and the river down below, a special place.

Looks like an awesome property. With the Dow and such at record levels, this has me thinking that maybe it is time to re-think a few things...

Looking at those photos, I couldn't even tell work was being done, but the caption says, 14th and 16th green or whatever.  I looked and was like........OK I guess this is really minimalist.
Haven't been to Sand Hills, but went to Dismal and Ballyneal last year.  It is a wonderful discovery of golf playing in that country.  I maybe in the minority, but having golf carts will allow those "well to do" members to still use the course as they age and having it as an experience to do with their children and grandchildren.

While at the Prairie Club many moons ago we had the chance to check out a bit of the property on the far side of the canyon and it really did look amazing. At the time they were talking about construction starting shortly but that obviously never materialized.

The Canyon setting and terrain is off the charts and an opportunity to create some fun heroic golf. Best of luck to Gil, Jim and the team on a project which has been in the works for ages. Being well funded should help!

Hello Everyone,  Bumping this up.

Heard this course is now grassed in on a recent podcast.  Please forgive if there is a recent post as I only performed a quick search.

This is probably not a surprise to anyone, but I can tell you that tee times on any course in the sand hills this year were at a premium.  Article stating that they are debt free and glad to see Hanse get a shot again along the Snake River.
