Website has it as a Club Corp property. Did they sell it? If so, to whom? Article is for subscribers only. Did members buy it?

Found this: Quail Hollow Country Club in Concord Township has a new owner but retains the familiar management after Dallas-based ClubCorp sold the golf property for $9 million.

I know nothing about the sale nor the intended use, but I don't know that either course will be missed, should either or both close. With the exception of nearby Little Mountain, no courses in Cleveland have worse terrain for golf (now that the fish hatchery at Thunderhill is closed.)
Coming in 2024
~Elmira Country Club
~Soaring Eagles
~Bonavista
~Indian Hills
~Maybe some more!!

It's a sale/leaseback deal

Sculptor Capital Management, which recently bought a pair of courses in North Carolina and Georgia from ClubCorp through sale/leaseback arrangements, has fashioned a similar agreement for the Concord Township, Ohio property and its two 18-hole golf courses. ClubCorp will continue to manage the facility.

Sculptor buys and operates real estate with funds raised from institutional investors such as family offices, pension funds and sovereign funds. The company includes golf courses among other commercial real estate investments totaling $30 billion. Sculptor was known as Och-Ziff  Capital Management Group until Sept. 12, 2019.
