National Links Trust - Executive Director Job
« on: August 04, 2020, 09:48:50 AM »
As many of you know the National Links Trust, a 501(c)(3) non profit, has been successful in getting a Master Lease with the National Parks Service to operate Washington DC's three public courses Langston, East Potomac Park, Rock Creek Park. They have an operating partner in Troon Golf and are presently seeking their first Executive Director. This is a big win for the National Links Trust and commend Will Smith and Mike McCartin for their efforts to further public golf.
If you know of someone who maybe a good fit please encourage them to apply. Details can be found on their website.

Does it pay as much as the USGA's Executive Director's job? If so I'm in.  ;D

It's Martin Luther King Day, so I want to give a shout out to NLT who hired Sinclair Eaddy as their CEO. I am a big fan of NLT as I grew up playing public golf:

With Cobbs Creek as a Hometown Home Course, we always played with the local neighbors and I hope to see that project lift off in '22. MLK was a great man and golf can be a great place to find common ground with people.
