Agreed,

You root out who is rooting against your home team.

And plan your vacation by creating a route(rowt) of the routes(rowts) to be taken on the trip...

You root for truffles, you route (rowt) a golf course.

Only if you are unable to speak English properly. No Englishman has ever pronounced "route" as "rowt" in reference to the layout of a golf course.

Now Duncan,
It may not be The Queen's English but it is Macqueen's English and this Scot says "rowt"!
Right, rowt, on Gib!
Cheers Colin

Sort of like a small stream that flows through a course. Is it a creek, or a crick?
It's only a crick if your a hick.
Take your route and stick it in the boot of your car.
I got a lift by taking the route that uses a lift.
I love golf, the fightin irish, and beautiful women depending on the season and availability.
