Good evening. My first time on this august website. I just wanted to introduce myself. I run the London office of Clayton, DeVries & Pont, a reasonably new partnership of three gentlemen who many of you may perhaps have heard of.

Edward

Good to hear from you. Somewhere on here there is a thread where newbies introduce themselves. It would be good if you were to add to that to give us a bit of background. That way we find out all your weak points  ;D

I shall try to find the thread, thank you.

As you may know Mike Clayton, Mike DeVries and Frank Pont formed an alliance last September. We have been appointed to advise one club in London, one in Ireland and one in Spain. Our website is www.cdpgolf.com.

We know about them, we're interested in you!
In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.

Edward - could you elaborate a bit more ie your golf and being a member of the Berkshire which is better the Blue or Red, what the current works being carried out like etc .....

Edward,

Welcome to the tree-house.

I know half of your team pretty well but one important bragging right, if you maintain a + hcp still (hats off for that) does that make you the most competitive gentleman golfer on the team? (no idea, how or how much Mike Clayton still plays but am aware of his background).

Secondly, which of the team's individual players designs have you seen the most of and lastly which of these designs does your Berkshire + hcp travel the best at? (as in which of their design styles).

Having played a selection of all their works myself I'm curious as to your answers.

Cheers,

David
