Cavendish and Mid-Ocean - a 'Short' similarity?

Going through some photos I came upon these of the 4th at Cavendish and the 7th at Mid-Ocean.
Both presumably inspired by another 'Short' hole but still remarkably similar in positioning in relation to the terrain.
