Yes, Ireland shut down all construction ten days ago. Luckily they are still allowing basic maintenance [mowing greens].
The greens and approaches were all shaped and seeded last fall [though some need overseeding]. The tees were built and most of them sodded over the winter. There are three fairways and parts of three others that still need to be seeded -- if we can do that in May -- or sodded, if we have to wait.
It may still be a bit rough by May of 2021, but we expect to be finished by then, and at least doing some preview play. If you're in that part of the world, you should come and see it, and I am pretty sure I can get you out there
