In the span of the last couple of months Yale has lost their longtime superintendent and Head Golf Professional. Scott Ramsay the super has moved on to CC of Farmington and Peter Pulaski the Head Golf Professional has retired. Both were great stewards of the game and fiercely loyal to Yale golf. I’m really hoping that the powers that be realize the treasure they have and act accordingly when filling the positions.

Somewhat concerning as a member that these two long-time leaders at Yale golf course  are departing within a month of each other; coincidence or a sign of internal strife within Yale?  Not sure if Colin Sheehan, head men's golf coach & historian and poster here on GCA, can provide and further insight?
I am Skew!

As a former member (who has now moved several hundred miles away), this is sad news. Peter is a great guy, and while I never met Scott, he did a fantastic job week-to-week and had a fantastic vision for long-term improvements to the course, which were apparent each year when the course reopened. All the best to everyone at Yale, both members and employees.
