Northants County (Church Brampton) and Brampton Heath

What about Troon and Prestwick ?  Also, Preston Trail and Bent Tree (mostly separated by a creek but 16 PT crosses creek and might qualify. Since you can have a conversation across the creek, it should count anyway.

The ultimate in Leeds used to be Moorallerton, Moortown, Sandmoor and Allwoodley all bordering one another with Scarcroft bordering Alwoodley. This still holds except Moorallerton has moved out of town.
