sebonack->ngla->shinny->southampton

i know that it was mentioned separately, but it is an incredible run of golf.

Throw in Southampton Driving range and miniature golf and it is truly unrivaled ;D

Mid Ocean and the old Castle Harbor golf courses used to be right next to each other. I've been there when players would accidentally tee off on the next hole and not realize it was a different course.

It looks like Cherry Valley CC and Bedens Brook Club in Skillman, NJ are right next to one another.

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Cherry+Valley+Country+Club/@40.3975153,-74.7132669,2633m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x865c191e37396797!8m2!3d40.4006231!4d-74.7128373
The 10th at Bedens Brook (and the 13th tee) are contiguous to the 13th at Cherry Valley.
BB members were pretty frosty for a while that the CV course and houses would block their view of the valley and the Sourland hills.  They should have bought the land and prevented development !
Ironically, though well covered with evergreens - the Waster Water treatment plant at CV is next to BBs 10th and CVs 13th !

This is still true (although Castle Harbor is n/k/a Tuckers Point). Although I think roads separate most of the course, The 16th green at MOC is contiguous with one of the holes from TP (a par three).

Monifeith and Panmure.
Would North Wales GC and Maesdu GC count? They’re separated not by a fence but by a railway line.

In Australia:
New South Wales - St Michaels - The Coast

And Randwick GC adjoins The Coast.

Four courses cheek by jowl.

St. Boniface GC and Windsor Park GC share a 75 yard border at the far end of both courses, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Matthew mentioned above the Kew & Green Acres clubs in Melbourne. Legend has it that a group of Japanese visitors playing Kew "crossed over" without knowing it (I guess that's possible). Finished their round & had to report their rental car stolen when they could not find it in the car park after 18.

Mark,
My understanding was that the GHC were once affiliated, but that the clubs separated in the 1970s. Is that not the case?

Elie Sports Club and the GHC are different entities but they can't be said to be unrelated, not least because of the link with the professional shop and the reduced (free?  I can't remember) membership of the Sports Club that GHC members get.  So you're right in that they're not the same club but there's clearly a relationship.

In Livonia, MI two muni’s, Fox Creek and Whispering Willows share a small border. No roads or rivers interfere.

Cypress and Spyglass too?

From the 2nd green and 3rd hole at Spyglass just a bit of dunes sand over to the early back nine holes at Cypress.

Odd, but if you include decades old work at the Chicago courses I have worked on 4 of those on your list.  Some on both sides of the boundary!

Haven't seen it posted, but Medinah (5th hole, Course 3) is now adjacent to what is now called Eaglewood Resort.  Used to be affiliated with Carson, Pierre Scott, IIRC.
