I would like to attend and be added to list, if possible.  If not, happy to wait on the alternate list.  Thank you.

Vaughn:

Please put Don Placek down for the East, in addition to me.

Also:  I emailed Lew Thompson regarding the group, and he offered a complimentary round on the new par-3 course as part of the package.  We could do that on Friday evening, Saturday evening, or even Saturday morning as a warm-up, I suppose.

Hey,

Just got a text from Pete Pittock.  His computer died and can't log on.  He wants to sign up for this as well!

Thanks!

For those on the waiting list, don't lose hope.  I was 16th for Prairie Dunes and still got in.

Please add my name to the Wait List.   Hope springs eternal, as with most things associated with my golf game.

 8)  So does the topic now swing to where to play coming or going?  Pretty wide selection...

Steve,

I'm going to play the Langford & Moreau nine at Marquette, can't believe I never did when I play Greywalls many moons ago.
What is the original 18 at Forest Dunes like?

Tyler,
Similar experience at Greywalls... never played in the front yard after several visits...

The Weiskopf course at FD is a ritual play every year for us, a test from the first tee shot to last (the 19th), plenty of angles and gentle topography to play and beware of,  great walk in the forested park and back nine open areas, though we ride now, immaculate conditioning and presentation, plenty of short game challenge around large fast undulating greens.... a fav of the handful of Weiskopf courses I've played.

Place a plain Bounce dryer sheet in your hat to help ward off the sand gnats...   they will be present!

Now this looks like a great event.  For those who haven't played the original Weiskopf course - it is highly recommended.   The greens are some of the truest and fastest anywhere.

Pete, Ms Sheila is going to be upset with you if she gets knocked off list!   Are you driving in from Oregon for summer sojourn?

Steve,
The duplicate Emerson should shorten the waitlist by one, so why would Sheila be mad at me?  I'd been wondering if you or Sheila would attend if the field cut was right between you two. Now I know. MapQuest shows a drive time of 35 hours. Would add Sand Valley if I drove.

Holy cow!!!!! I guess this will teach me a lesson about not logging onto GCA for a week.

Please add me to the waiting list. Hate that it appears I'm not going to get to attend. Prairie Dunes was a great time - especially because I got to meet so many folks in person for the first time.

Fingers crossed I guess.

Michael,
There's room at Buda still. I know you're a reluctant traveler and all, but you should consider it.
