If I remember a rumor right, the Hideaway is still 9 holes Dye/9 holes Clarke, and the other finishing 18 holes for both courses has been put on hold indefinitely.

That information could be innaccurrate, but that is what I had last heard.

Tommy-- Its 18 Dye and 9 Clarke-- That's what it was when it opened as CCof the Desert in 2001, when it closed in 2002 and when it reopened as the Hideaway in 2003--

Still open discussions, as I understand it, whether Clarke will build out the 2nd 9--

Apparently the Hideaway will have or does have two 18 hole courses. The Dye and the Clarke. Here is the website: www.hideawaygolfclub.com/

I am not sure if all 36 are currently open for play.

Thanks Dennis,
After seeing the website, I'll opt to look at the Hideaway, not play it. More specifically the Clive Clark course. Also, it looks as if the Dye course is a Perry product.

I'll look at that one too.

Does anyone have any info or a contact at Porcupine Creek? Apprently it is a personal course located in La Quinta. Golf Digest rated it in the top 15 in Calif. Is this course accessible?
