The membership received an email from Concert Golf with the following information regarding the South Course:As part of our long-range plan, which has already included over $5,000,000 in spending in the past two years, we have decided to cease the operation of the South Course as an 18-hole entity effective April 1, 2019. Several factors, including the lack of South Course demand by members, were considered in the decision process. This will allow more resources to be invested into the North Course.
As you may know, we have already completed numerous projects on the North Course which will improve air flow, turf coverage and overall playing conditions. We will continue to maintain holes number 14 and number 18 on the South course to be used for practice and other purposes beneficial to the membership. Additionally, the area surrounding the green on hole number 2 will be converted into a short-game practice area.“

I’ve only played it a few time since becoming a member but it was a nice option that was kept open all winter, as opposed to the the North Course which gets shut down until the weather breaks again the following spring.
