Bandon Dunes kicks but

Gonzaga hosted a collegiate tournament March 10-12 at Bandon Dunes Resort, playing Bandon Dunes, set up just under 7000. Bandon Dunes won.

Utah won by six at +12. Only 3 of the 17 participating teams were ranked teams.
Utah's Blake Timlinson won individual honors at -4. One player at -3, three were even par over the 54 holes.
Utah's Jordan Costello shot a course record in the second round 4 2 4 3 4 3 3 3 4 30 4 4 3 4 3 3 4 4 5 34 64. No bogeys.

First day was dry, with an abnormal wind out of the NE, 15 gusting to 25. Second day also dry, with a west wind , 12 gusting to 20. Third day was damp, NW wind (summer direction, same velocities.

The six hardest holes were the par 3s, plus the 4th/5th couplet. The next two hardest holes were 1 &11, the other holes on the course playing North.

Bandon Dunes will host the USGA Men's Four Ball Championship this May on Old MacDonald and Pacific Dunes, and will host the 2020 US Amateur, courses to be named.
