I am having trouble finding a picture of John Harris (1912-1977), son of the famous Frank Harris who built so many of Colt's famous courses. John started in his fathers business and later on moved into golf course architecture, working for a while in Cotton, Lawrie, Pennink partnership, and is supposed to have built/renovated 450 (!) courses worldwide....
He also built 9 of the original 36 holes at Puerta de Hierro in Madrid (the other 27 were done by Colt and Simpson), which is why I need the picture to include in the course report I am writing for the club.
Any help would be appreciated!
