I was just "watching" the play-by-play of various guys at Riviera No. 10, via pgatour.com, and then — replying to Tom Doak's query about which of his holes might be polarizing — I got to thinking about Dismal River Red.
I would guess that, at least among the members of this forum, No. 15 at Dismal River Red -- with its kinship to Riviera No. 10 -- would be as unpolarizing as any hole on the course. Everyone would love the mental and physical challenge of playing it.
And then I got to thinking: I would love to see how the PGA Tour guys would play that hole. How many would try to hit the green off the tee? How many would hit 7-iron, wedge? How many would play down the middle? How many, way off to the right? Would anyone play way left?
Which hole(s) would you love to see the pros play?
