The early houses of some well known clubs.  Care to try naming them?

B -  Montauk
C -  Columbia CC
D -  Fishers Island
E -  Forsgate
F -  Greenbrier (caption reads White Sulphur Springs}
G - Detroit Golf Club
H - Pinehurst
I -  Presidio

No Jeff, by car it's 202 miles SW of Myopia - 177 miles as the crow flies. The photo shows the clubhouse in '09, but the earliest was this one:
