How do Honor's green complexes match up against other Dye courses?  I enjoyed them.  Or where did Pete does his best on the greens?

I think the Dye Course at PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, FL, is really terrific, and the best course on the property. It's only half an hour from where I live, and I find myself playing there a good bit, and enjoying the course more each time I play it. Excellent variety of holes, and the up tees are really well placed so as to essentially eliminate forced carries. Very, very underrated course IMO.

Is Oak Valley in Beaumont, CA considered a Pete Dye course? I used to drive an hour out of LA every weekend for a while to play there.
I love golf, the fightin irish, and beautiful women depending on the season and availability.

No, it's Schmidt-Curley. Lee Schmidt was a Dye associate earlier in his career.

One nearby that was/is credited to Dye is Moreno Valley Ranch. Anyone heard anything about its resurrection? I stopped by in spring 2017 and it looked like no work was being done to bring the course back to life, despite news articles earlier claiming that was the intention.
