This unfortunately falls in the category of EVERY hole being fair or an appropriate  test or length for everyone.


It's ok for some holes to be really easy relative to par and others "infairly" hard relative to par. (Avoiding unreasonable forced carries if course)


The every hile shoud be fair from all tees mindset is how we end up with 5 sets of tees on EVERY hole when really SHARED tees would work in many circumstances if a few holes had additional forward tees and a few holes had way back tees, you could create an incredibly varied course without all the added expense of that many tee pads
