A friend of mine played it and thought it was Fazio's best by a wide margin.


Looking at ground photos it doesn't look that great but if you have time to look at it on Google Earth it looks quite interesting.

My understanding it is one of the new places that is not asking for a slope or a rating or a membership in USGA.  Seems that is the new cool thing for the really private places...If I'm not mistaken the place in Augusta still doesn't do it...hmmmm....
