Restoration Work at The Creek

I see that there will be restoration work being performed at The Creek starting in July.  Anyone know who is doing it, and what holes are affected?

Does anyone have any details on the scope of the restoration work that will be done?  Is it primarily bunkers and reclaiming some green space or is it more in depth?   It's certainly hard to improve the stretch of 6 - 17.

Played Creek last summer while out on LI & it blew me away. On the ground right now, its a great course & a fantastic piece of land.


Had heard that the start was relatively pedestrian, but even 1-2 start out strong IMHO (just not wow). Believe the restoration is focussed on redoing bunkers, putting back in bunkers, reclaiming greenspace, etc.
