Due to the current traffic congestion in the Five Towns area, there is a very good chance that the temporary housing ban, that was imposed because of rumors of an impending sale, will be able to become permanent and withstand the resulting litigation. The club has been in trouble for quite a few years, but found a way to survive. Somehow, I have suspicion that this sale will actually keep the place viable until it gets run into the ground years from now
