I haven't heard much about this, but as the lead designer was Tim Liddy, I anticipate it will be solid to very good. Another unheralded (so-far) Tim led is Chatham Hills here in Indiana. I've been out a few times now and it is really an excellent course. Pretty tight, fairly walkable routing and even though it's a housing course, they never encroach negatively on the course.
As soon as it officially opens, I have no doubt it will instantly become one of the best in state. I am guessing this Nemacolin Woods course will be no different.
