I am playing Littlestone Saturday PM (not AM)

Conrad, Giles and I are playing Reigate Heath and Crowborough Beacon (we hope") on Friday and then all of the BUDA golf.  We aren't playing anywhere on Tuesday or Wednesday.  We're staying at an AirBnB in Rye.

In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.

For dinner on Saturday evening, if anyone would prefer a chicken dish to poached salmon, let me know by IM or a post here by tomorrow evening. Also, rather than having us order lunch individually, the club will prepare sandwiches and chips which will be available in the bar. The additional cost will be in the GBP7 range and will be added to your fee as you check in Saturday morning.

If anyone would like a caddie at either course, let me know soonest.

Sorry to jam this thread, but for those eating at Standard Inn on Friday night.  Based on Craig's recommendation I took the liberty of booking the Standard Inn at 8:45 on Friday, 11 August.  Its a bit late but several of us are coming over from an afternoon game at Crowborough Beacon.  The reservation is for 16 and that is all the restaurant can take.  Below are the 16 confirmed diners.

The Mighty pair of Ward Peyronnin and Lynn Shackleford (the BUDA version of Fred Couples and Davis Love pairing) will be much missed this year. Look forward to seeing old and new friends at Harry Colt's first ever golf course design.

I seemed to have been wiped off the spreadsheet but still planning to be there for everything I committed to (Crowborough and Standard on Friday, both rounds and dinner on Saturday, both rounds on Sunday).

Not an hour - about half that. It's only 10 miles, Rye - Brenzett - New Romney - Littlestone. Don't leave your jackets at your hotel. Breaking news - the weather is as good as it's been in weeks.
