Jon, amazing shots! Two interesting features in your photos. Somehow it always sunshines for you and secondly it's amazing that the courses clear out all members, green keeping staff etc etc so you can work your magic.

That's truly amazing!

Some folks have been getting up awfully early to catch the sunrise/light! :)

Great photos as ever Jon. What kind of height was the drone at when taking some of these shots?

Bayonne needs a bigger flag !

I have never been to Bayonne, but I remember reading this story a while back. If ever there was a reason to have a big flag, this is it.

Phenomenal work, Jon!  Love those shots adding an incredible perspective to the golf courses that creates more of a 3-D effect that we really cannot get from ground-level photos.  Keep 'em coming!

I reserve the right to act the ass among friends on July 4, but I do love the sight of a enormous United States flag flying in a brisk wind.  All the more so in such an appropriate cause.

If they ever make me secretary at HCEG, I'd do the same with a bloody great big Union flag behind the 18th tee.

JJ, by the time you are elected to HCEG Secretaryship you might have to fly the flag of an independent Scotland - not that I could envisage HCEG agreeing to that - but Nicola is a persuasive woman!

Great photos everybody!

We'd build a wall, and have the Renaissance Club pay for it.  It worked for the Romans.  I think.

I didn't end up entering this year, but here's a couple photos from my home club, Metropolitan, on the Melbourne sandbelt. Both were taken with my phone, so unfortunately the quality isn't the best, and I resorted to editing them a little more than I usually would.
