Here's yet another typical AOTD, located in the land of
typicals  (according to one):

This club just might have the best-playing membership in the world.

The water feature figures in the name.

Manufactured boy band named after this metro area.

17th hole is a longish par-3 toward the water ...
18th hole is a par-5 that bends slighly left around the water and finishes near the clubhouse ...

Hmmm ...

Pebble ?

Daddy Jack's stomping grounds

One of those metropolitan areas without an outstanding golf course.

I hate when I repeat architects consecutively (just a fluke).

Near the Kingdom of Rodent.

PGA Tour's home away from home?

Near the King's place and Tiger's place (previous AOTDs from
this "Woolridge" town).

Named after "Nobody but Me" by the Isley Brothers?   :P

This is Lake Nona, in Orlando, FL, designed by Tom Fazio.
Lake Nona probably has more PGA Tour players as members
than any other club in the country.  It's proximity to the O
Intl airport, year-round weather, and lack of FL income tax
are big benefits for PGA Tour players.

Here's a link to the layout (too huge to post):

http://www.lakenona.com/pages/siteclos.html#anchor

from the informationless web site:

http://www.lakenona.com/pages/golfclub.html

other clues include:

"another typical AOTD, located in the land of
typicals  (according to one" = refers to "typical Fazio" thread
and "typical" courses in Orlando area, posted by one.

"This club just might have the best-playing membership in
the world." = many Tour players

The water feature figures in the name. = "Lake"

"Manufactured boy band named after this metro area" = "O-
Town", created in Orlando for ABC TV show, sometimes
nicknamed O-Town.

"Daddy Jack's stomping grounds" = GCAer John Conley

"One of those metropolitan areas without an outstanding golf course." = Orlando

"I hate when I repeat architects consecutively (just a fluke)."
= Fazio, who designed previous AOTD, Karsten Creek

Near the "Kingdom of Rodent." = Disney World

"PGA Tour's home away from home?" = Tour player

Near the King's place and Tiger's place (previous AOTDs from
this "Woolridge" town). = Bay Hill, Isleworth, and former
NBA player "Orlando" Woolridge

Named after "Nobody but Me" by the Isley Brothers? = "No
No No No No...." is like "Nona"
