This may be cheating, but please I nominate the 18th at the Royal Worlington and Newmarket Golf Club as the best short-par-four closing hole in the UK - OB and a stream off the tee, an active road to be carried, semi-drivable by some, an amazing green, bunkered cunningly. The fact that it's already been played as the 9th doesn't dilute its qualities as an 18th, I'd argue, but I am sure others will disagree! Incidentally there is now a back tee which brings the hole out to c320 yards (as opposed to 299 ) if you want a little additional challenge...
Agreed, it's a great hole.  When I was there in the early summer the pin was very near the front and in 5 plays I couldn't get a wedge to stop anywhere near it.  A real contender, if only the 18th at Kington hadn't been built.....
In July I will be riding two stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity, including Mont Ventoux for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.

Cheating just a wee bit here 😊, but irrespective of it's yardage the 18th at Brora might as well be a par-4!

I may have missed it, but I don't think Palmetto GC's closer has been mentioned, and it ought to be.

Bedford Golf & Tennis has a delightful short 18th, too.

Interesting that so few newer courses have drivable par-4 closers, but SO MANY have closing reachable par fives, which are broadly the same thing, plus a tee shot.

I'd love to see more courses end on long/tough par 3s, frankly. The thrill of the approach-shot, match-on-the-line duel is not delayed or maybe scuttled by potentially anticlimactically disparate tee shots, and if sudden death is desired, it's easier to go back and replay.

The 18th (9th) at delightful Mulranny. Circa 300-350 yds. Over a stream, up a humps-n-hollows fairway to a green that resembles a top-hat. Not sure it's driveable however, as running a ball up the very steeply angled front of the top-hat is pretty unlikely and a tee-shot landing dirctly on top of the top-hat is pretty likely to end up in a deep hollow behind the green.
