Here's who I currently have registered for all activities. I will also update the home page with this information. Please review and let me know anything that looks incorrect.


We currently have a waitlist for lodge rooms. I'll be following up with lodge guests individually this weekend to ensure that everyone currently booked for a room confirms plans to attend and stay onsite. I want to make sure we don't end up with any empty beds, as there is a cost for last-minute cancellations and it would be silly for us to end up with unfilled rooms given the fact that we still have guys on the waitlist who'd love to take an open spot.


Also, there are a VERY limited number of lodge rooms available for Thursday night. Anyone interested in staying onsite that night as well should send me an e-mail at jasdthurm@gmail.com, and I'll let you know about availability.

One new item to start paying attention to - as we are now roughly one month away, it's time to start assigning teams. By my research, the two-time defending champion East team returns much of the young core that has led to their burgeoning dynasty, while the West team returns a few players from the halcyon days before 2013. Please take a look at the lists below to make sure I'm not missing any legacy players on either side, and we'll then begin the process of assigning free agents geographically. Historically the East/West dividing line is somewhere between Chicago and Indianapolis, longitudinally.

* WE STILL HAVE A FEW SPOTS IN THE FIELD! Anyone interested in playing, please feel free to reach out to me. Lodging space is very limited at this point, but there are many nearby hotels and this promises to be an excellent weekend of golf, food, and drinks.



* Dinner Friday night at St. Elmo is confirmed. We have a table for 10 reserved, with 10 people signed up. Anyone else who would like to join should contact me immediately - I'll do my best to add a seat to the reservation for anyone interested. Otherwise, interested participants will be placed on a waitlist in case someone drops out.


* The Broadmoor afternoon tee times on Friday have filled up quickly, but plenty of space is still available in the morning. I'll be following up with players to nail down the tee times needed.


* There is currently one lodge bed available, with a few caveats. Interested parties should send me a PM or e-mail and I'll fill you in on the details.

An updated stab at team assignments. I did some quick recon on the "Who Are You Guys?" thread to figure out where everyone was from and I think I'm pretty close to accurate, but I could be off on one or two of you. I assigned the Chicago guys to Team West as tradition dictates. Hillenbrand I believe is from St. Louis, so he's also Team West. Clevelander Fleisher is East despite Dubuque's best efforts to claim him. The Hoosiers were distributed to make numbers work, again keeping with Mashie tradition. I'll leave it to the teams to determine their own captains. If any of you believe you've been misassigned, please say so. Otherwise, let the trash talk begin.


We'll use handicap indexes from the September 15 revision, so keep that on your radars.
