But, you showed your experience by hitting that last putt with the authority necessary to take out most of the break. My youth and inexperience caused me to follow your line, but not use the authority to replicate the result of your putt for my win.

Yes folks, I had him dead to rights, but he holed the longer putt on the same line for the halve of the match. :(

Quick question. Does Bandon have laundry facilities? My favorite amenity of the lodging at Barnbougle was the community washer dryers available free to anyone using the cottages. If there are laundry facilities I don't have to bring as many changes of clothes from China. I love to pack light. I'm also cheap and unwilling to pay typical resort laundering fees.

from the Bandon Dunes Resort website

Laundry Service

Monday-Friday only. Drop off laundry by 8:30 a.m. at front desk with laundry slip. Laundry will be returned by 5 p.m. Cost varies. There is a dryer for wet golf clothes at Guest Services.

traveling from China and I'm cheap, huh?

packing light with golf clubs, huh? or are you renting? but that wouldn't be cheap........

Any changes to the Saturday schedule with game time being at 5:30?

the only change is that I will be watching the UNC Duck game at 5:45, regardless of the

Personally I don't need to see the Gonzaga game.

These game times were set long ago, and the tee times are set to accommodate travel not the Men's BB.

I will move the times to 1:00 and 1:10

Sorry for any confusion, I'm seeing patients all day today.

Smile Doc,
He is asking about Saturday and what follows the session at Eugene CC.  The first game starts at 3:09. Oregon/UNC starts 40 minutes after that completion time. Looks like it is stay or drive per your tee times.

Just aware that some outside influences may have adjusted priorities for the day.  I'm flexible time wise.  Very thankful for, what promises to be, a great few days of golf (and hoops).

Just noticed the shifted tee times at ECC to accommodate the Ducks game. Will we be watching it at the Club or do you have other plans?

Go Ducks
The only thing worth spending good money on is Golf and Traveling. I also found and insanely cheap ticket from Beijing to SF and will spend a few days in SF with a good friend for free.
I also pack about as light as one can with a golf bag. For this trip that will be 10 clubs in a very light bag, two pairs of golf shoes, about 4 outfits, and my toiletries. Then I will also carry a small backpack with a change of clothes, my iPad, My travel documents, and a dozen balls.
On the way back will be slightly different. When you live in China you bring back everything you possibly can from the States.
I also hope to bring home the Kings Putter for my side!
I'd say Sic' em bears but SC and Mississippi State ruined that.

This is an epic opportunity to watch the Ducks compete in the Final 4 for the second time since winning the original one! I for one would like to soak up the local flavor, but don't necessarily want to fight the entire student body for a drink or bite to eat. I'm sure our host will suggest an appropriate venue!

After his scare in his match with me last year, Doc scheduled KP while I am committed to hosting the American Camellia Society National Convention here. Pretty shrewd.
