Congratulations to Jo on passing the test and Ran for finding his gal!!!

My father advised me to invite any prospective wife out to a "party", which she would get dolled up for, then deliberatly drive the car into a muddy field, get stuck and ask her to push. If she still accepted a proposal then she was a stayer.

Ran,

Congratulations!!! The future Mrs., for those who haven't been fortunate enough to meet her, is a woman of style, grace, sophistication and charm.

Are you sure she properly understood your question?

Best wishes!

How did you concentrate on golf during the first 5 holes?  Or afterwards?

Congratulations!

Congratulations Ran. It appears you got engaged on my 7th anniversary (January 17). Marriage is lousy when it's with wrong person, but great when you've found the right person. Marrying my wife was the best decision I've made (despite our 2.5 kids' attempts to drive us nuts).

Congratulations! I suspect Ben Cowan Dewer has the inside track for best man. Please don't let Andriole drive the limousine though, as he seems to have have a poor grasp of the speed limits in Canada!

Finally, a cry for a fall Cabot wedding/gathering was forthcoming. A definite consideration!

Can you imagine the bachelor party in Cabot?  We will troll Craigslaist in Inverness for escorts and then hit the clubs.  Throw in the casinos and it will be a night to remember.

Ran,

For once, I agree wholeheartedly and without reservation with Patrick Mucci.

I prefer not to look at that as a sign of the impending apocalypse but instead a sign that all is right with the world, at least for this moment.  ;)   ;D

Congratulations to you and your bride-to-be and I wish you both nothing but health, wealth, and loving happiness.

Ran,

Smart waiting a full year after our visit. But seriously, I had never been so comfortable in a loving home full of intelligent, energetic, beautiful people. Congrats.

True.  Ran and Fritz hosted a pizza party during a recent Dixie Cup that was a lot of fun in a very warm environment.

Congrats,

How about a Cabo wedding?

The bride and groom start a morning round on hole 18, play back through 16 where they then retire to a home overlooking the 16th Green, 17th tee and Sea of Cortés. After a bit they emerge, in full wedding gear, play the 17th (in twin pars of course) and subsequently join a small ceremony on the beach just below the 17th green. I know a guy...
