Yes, that's true - less smart. But not significantly less smart if they at least move to a *nearby* "shire". Most all the English shires have smart people living there, as do most places in North Carolina.

Within the past month I played Preakness Hills CC in Wayne, NJ.  Very fun and engaging course.  Lots of direction change in the layout.  I caught these pics before the cold and wind knocked down all the leaves.
