I can't think of many short and significantly uphill 3s though I think LuLu's is exceptional. They are rare enough types that practically any course would be improved by its inclusion. I like the idea of a demanding short hole which doesn't get too much wind yet offers a possibility of 4 or even a 3 if one misses the green. Shikine's and Painswick's 10th & 5th are more examples of do or die rather than the more gentle don't and don't die LuLu version.
St George's Hill 11th is good too.
