New course in the UP? Side by side with Sweetgrass...

I'm a huge fan of Upper Peninsula MI golf.  Already love Sweetgrass, and it appears we're getting an addition.  Anybody know anything else?  What a big few years coming up for Michigan golf!
I still like Greywalls better.

I was surprised that Sweetgrass wasn't included in a recent top ranking list of courses on Native American lands and casino complexes.  I think SG is pretty good.  As is my usual cautious preliminary comments about such projects, I wonder where all the golfers will come from.  Does the original SG have full tee sheets?
No actual golf rounds were ruined or delayed, nor golf rules broken, in the taking of any photographs that may be displayed by the above forum user.

Good news. It will be interesting to compare this to the Kidd course at Sand Valley. A V-shaped ridge is the prominent geographic feature on that course.

Looks like Sweetgrass 2 is more of a cart course.  There are some long distances from greens to tees.

Chris Lutzke is leading our project next summer, also. Might be another one in 2016, also. Good to be busy.
