Good call on Farmington in C'ville. Nothing like drinks on the terrace over-looking the course and the Blue Ridge Mtns beyond.

The first view that comes to mind is the one overlooking the putting green out to the Bristol Channel at Royal Porthcawl.  that was a tremendous vista.

NGLA is pretty special.
I haven't been there in nearly 10 years, but I think Royal West Norfolk has a pretty good view from the clubhouse
Not a lot compares with standing on the balcony at Deal and watching Hewitt matches going down 19.

Some of my most cherished golf memories are sitting on a clubhouse porch, in the shade, with a cold beverage, looking BELOW to the 18th green as fellow competitors complete their round.

The modern one is like a hotel lounge, but the members section must have great views along the Strand.

Although it doesn't have a view of golf, the view of the rear lawn and St Johns River from Timuquana's clubhouse is difficult to beat.
