Frequently mentioned here in various threads about golf in the Tucson area, this course was once highly rated, was closed after a sale last year and is now being bulldozed.  The new owner has not disclosed any plans for development...yet:

Sad to hear.  Don't remember a lot about the course, but I used to play some industry golf outings there many years ago when I worked in the mining industry out in AZ.  Remember it being a pretty decent place, but I really had not played anything of note at that point in my life, and had not really begun to discover, learn, and appreciate what gca was.
