I think the second at Lawsonia would qualify.  Over the crest of the hill between two directional bunkers to a downward sloping fairway.  It is unsettling on the tee watch your tee ball descend and not know where it will land.  A great hole that forces a player to commit to a line and hope for the best.  Of course, it is also slightly dangerous to linger in a blind landing zone.

The 12th at Moortown is a gentle version - par 5. I didn't understand the need for the fairway cut-off though.
Intriguing raised bunker way short right of the green, backed by local stone.

The par-4 holes 9 and 10 and, to some extent the par-5 15th at Colorado Golf Club are all up and overs.


If the criteria is that the second plays downhill, to a fallaway green, then No. 10 is the a perfect example.

I would think the 11th at Muirfield would be able to be included. Though the green doesn't really fall away, the tee shot is certainly uphill and the second shot is certainly downhill. In retrospect, that tee shot was one of my favorite shots on the golf course.
