I have not had much luck getting looks at the new holes - shocking that Trump hasn't been overpromoting/overhyping his redo of the Ailsa course - and from the few photos I have found, the new coastal holes do look dramatic. However, some of the new bunkers (or redos like the donut bunker) create a stark mismatch for the "traditional" revetted bunkers of which I am not necessarily a fan. Are they (or should I say is Drumpf) planning on homogenizing the look of the bunkers throughout the course? I think a rougher edged look like many of the new ones would look better and, would perhaps?, be closer to the original design. But, right now, there is definitely a strange contrast. Thoughts?
